Padded armrests provide additional support for your shoulders. The lock-tilt mechanism lets you keep the back locked in one position or leave it in free float so it can follow your movements while the weight torsion control allows you to adjust the mesh office chair to respond to your weight so you can change your position safely and with minimal effort.
