The pinch protection prevents you from being pinched on the hinged outside and inside edge of doors. The protection has no effect on the door leaf and does not hinder door function. The pinch protection is easily fitted to the frame's rebate with three screws. The protection can be fitted to aluminium doors, but not for protection on the hinged side.
There are three pinch protection models: for 40 mm thick interior doors; for heavy doors more than 60 mm thick; and for heavy doors up to 60 mm thick.
