A survey by Tele2 & Sifo Kantar about new ways of working during the pandemic shows that more than half of the respondents believe that it affects the team spirit when you meet too rarely. A majority lack coffee breaks and small talk between colleagues and 49% think that teleworking affects the team spirit. *
