Lockable, fire-resistant notice board that prevents people tampering with displayed information and ensures compliance with fire regulations in public buildings. Tested to BS EN 13501-1 for reaction to fire.

This lockable notice board is ideal for use in schools, public buildings and commercial premises to ensure you stay in line with building and fire regulations and provide a safe work environment for staff, students and visitors. The pinboard itself is tested in accordance with the European Reaction to Fire test and classified as class B-S1 d0 according to BS EN 13501-1 while the casing is tested to BS 476 Part 7 Class 1Y. This makes the noticeboard suitable for use in corridors and stairways required as primary fire routes and rooms with designated fire exits.
The locking door allows you to have control over the information shown on the board as well as preventing notices from being deliberately removed or accidentally ripped off by people brushing past.
The bulletin board is made from recycled waste materials and is available in a range of modern colours. The pinboard is protected by an acrylic door with two same-key locks top and bottom for easy access by authorised personnel. Single-door models can be mounted portrait or landscape with the hinge to the side, base or top, but do not include support stays. Two-door models must be mounted landscape with the door hinges on the sides. Supplied complete with fixings.
