MÖBELFAKTA (Furniture Facts) is a sustainability label for furniture. The requirements of the label are divided into three areas, quality, environment and social responsibility.
The quality requirements mean that the furniture lives up to recognized European and international standards with the aim of ensuring the furniture's strength, function and safety. Environmental requirements ensure the included materials with a focus on chemical content, emissions & sustainable forestry, but also the traceability of the entire product & that its impact on both humans and the environment is minimal.
The social requirements apply to all parties in the supply chain where the furniture and its components are manufactured, which includes that we as a furniture manufacturer have control over our own operations and map and carry out risk analyzes of our subcontractors. This is to ensure that they comply with the UN Code of Conduct The Global Compact.
