Concrete base for outdoor waste bins

Anchor your outdoor waste bin with this three-part concrete ballast. The ballasts fit inside the base of the bin to prevent it from being blown over by the wind. We recommend using the concrete base instead of the fixing plate if you need to be able to move the bin and if the bin is to be placed in an area where there is a relatively low risk of it being deliberately pushed over, for example outside a café.
