The assembly instructions are pre-printed directly on the underside of the packaging, making assembly even easier. The pre-cut handles on the sides of the waste bin also make it easy to move the entire unit.
If you want to reuse the waste bin, just add a replaceable plastic bag and swap this out until the bin has served its purpose and can be sent for recycling. The waste bin is for indoor use.
