The add-on section is supplied with a wall-mounted upright onto which you hook one end of the shelf. The other end you hook onto the wall-mounted uprights of the basic section. Because the wall-mounted uprights are perforated, you can affix the shelf at any height.
The shelves are made of steel tubing with birch detailing. The tubular construction prevents dust and dirt from building up on the shelving. The shelves have drip trays that collect dirt and water and make cleaning easier.
A basic unit is required before adding this add-on unit.
