Charging locker

These charging lockers let staff and visitors recharge and store mobile phones safely in individually lockable compartments. Each compartment is fitted with two USB ports for easy charging: one standard type A USB socket and one type C USB port to ensure the lockers are future proofed against rapidly changing technology. In-locker USB sockets offer dual benefits. Firstly, they prevent the use of non-certified plug-in chargers, which could pose a safety risk. Secondly, they are more convenient for users than standard charging lockers as they do not require users to carry the power adapter with them. The lockers come with eight compartments of H 75 x W 165 x D 135 mm per unit. Each compartment provides space for the user to store their wallet, keys and other small personal belongings alongside their mobile.

The cabinets are designed to be wall mounted and have one plug per unit. To start using the locker, simply plug the starter lead into a power socket. Add-on units are available to allow you to fit more lockers side and side while sharing the same wall socket; up to 24 USB charging sockets can be run on one standard 240V mains socket supply.

The robust lockers are made of 0.7 mm thick steel with 0.9 mm thick doors. The doors are fitted with a cylinder lock with two keys as standard but can also be supplied with hasp locks for padlock fitting at no extra cost (please specify at time of order). The sloping top prevents people placing litter on top of them or dust from accumulating.
