Floor check weighing scales

These balances offer you the flexibility to carry out parts and check counting and percentage, check, dynamic and general weighing – all in one unit! Different coloured LEDs show whether you are underweight, overweight or within acceptable limits when check weighing while a full numeric keypad lets you preset tare functions or freely select sample size when counting. Supervisors can lock out the keypad and functions to stop unauthorised personnel from tampering with the settings. The indicator can be used on the pillar, wall or bench – whatever suits you best. Dynamic weighing means the units can be used on uneven surfaces or to weigh animals and stabilisation time is 2-3 seconds.

Non-slip, adjustable feet ensure the scales are level for accurate readings on the easy-to-read display that includes a capacity tracker to show you where you are in the weighing range, helping to protect from overload. You can display information on a computer or print it out thanks to the bi-directional RS-232 interface complete with date and time, letting you record data and trace it. If you need to use the balances somewhere not within reach of a mains supply, don’t worry – a rechargeable battery with up to 90 hours’ usage is supplied.

The floor scales feature a grade 304, stainless steel pan on an aluminium base with an ABS plastic indicator and are splash proof to protect against accidental spills.

All scales are supplied calibrated but if you require a certificate, please add this as an accessory to your order. Calibration certificates must be ordered at the same time as the scales; the standard certificate is suitable for 75-300 kg scales. EC approved and verified models and accessories are also available - please call our Sales Team for details. Heavyweight scales require a different certificate; if you are purchasing the 600 kg (art. no. 15-2398) scales please select the heavyweight certificate.
